At Shlok Jewels, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As part of our policy, we do not offer returns on any products once sold.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are happy to assist you with exchanges or repairs in case of any issues.

Damaged Items

If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We require clear photo and unboxing video evidence of the damage to initiate the exchange or repair process.

Once verified, we will guide you through the next steps. The product must be securely packaged when shipping it back to avoid further damage.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, in case of genuine damage or approved concerns, we may offer an exchange for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.

Exchange requests will only be processed after our team inspects and verifies the returned product.

Repairs & Manufacturing Defects

If you notice any manufacturing defect upon delivery, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will be happy to assist you with repair or exchange, as applicable.

Customers will be required to ship the product back to us for repair services. Our team will ensure a prompt and reliable resolution.

Please note that repair services do not cover damages caused by mishandling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

As per our strict No Return Policy, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Items such as earrings, maang tikka, or any product forming part of a set are not eligible for exchange unless received in damaged condition.
Made-to-order or customized items cannot be exchanged.
Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or repair claims unless received damaged.
